Hello Cleveland Heights,

We must be a boring suburb, there aren't any posts here!
Then again - maybe we're an exciting suburb and it's just that no one is sitting at home at the computer like me.
Either way - hi.
I grew up in University Heights, then moved out to Aurora, then went to Notre Dame College in South Euclid and now I've lived in Cleveland Heights for the past several years.
That's exciting stuff right there.

Harry potter release/fantasy art at Mac's Backs on Coventry

I have installed a selection of sculpture(in the basement) and metalwork(in the front window) including magic wands, hand made paper spell books and more. Come check it out. The art is already installed and will be at Mac's Backs for at least through the weekend. For more information on Harry Potter events keep reading

During the Coventry Street Fair at Mac's Backs:
a fantasy art installation by Isaac Coblentz http://copperweaver.com . Creative craft activities for the kids include origami, paper sculpture and wand-making. Kids (and adults!) can also attend potions and herbology class. Tarot readings and Harry Potter trivia games.

Friday, July 15, 3-4 p.m. Potter Party at the Coventry Library featuring magic, trivia and a jester.

Friday July 15 10 p.m. Mac's Backs will repeat the kid's craft activities, trivia games and tarot readings and copies of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be on sale at midnight.

Saturday, July 16 11:00 a.m. storyteller John McMahon will read from the first few chapters of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

Mac's will sell $1.00 raffle tickets for the 5 foot "Who Is The Half-Blood Prince" promotional cardboard cut- out promoting the book as well as a set of the Harry & the Potter cds. The proceeds will be divided between HeightsArts and Reaching Heights, two Heights area non-profits supporting the arts in education.

i just joined tribe.net, did a search on cleveland, found this tribe. i grew up on cleveland heights blvd. between monticello and woodridge, and i live in san francisco now in north beach, about 4 blocks from the transamerica pyramid.
